Director of Content & Content Marketing

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Director of Content will develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports the company’s customer acquisition and customer retention needs (including both clinical and popular topics that fall under the umbrella of mental health).
Source, edit, and organize a large volume of content on mental health topics
Serve as the Brand’s voice lead editor and curator
Write and produce relevant blogs, ebooks, videos, infographics, surveys, etc.
Manage the sourcing of content by contractors, an expert network, and internal sources
Analyze/report on content performance and ROI
Drive the distribution of content through existing channels, including support, email marketing, sales, social channels, etc.
Make sure all content aligns with helping customers achieve their goals and reflects the brand voice
Define a keyword strategy based on traffic, competition, etc.
Manage On page and off page SEO and linkbuilding
Manage site maps, Google webmaster tools, and other SEO tools
Manage internal inbound marketing team
At least five years of experience writing, blogging and creating other types of content
Affinity to mental health care/psychology and a journalistic background a significant advantage
A proven track record of using a metrics-based approach to growing content into a ROI-positive channel
Ability to manage a team and produce engaging content on a budget
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Optimistic outlook and humble personality

Video production and editing experience
Facebook ad copywriting experience
SEM ad copy writing experience
